Every great idea starts with a moment of inspiration- and for me, that moment came during a family wedding in beautiful New Brunswick. What began as a labour of love for family quickly blossomed into something far greater: the birth of Tropique Meals Corp.

When I was ask to cater the wedding, I saw it not just as a family favour, but as a chance to share the vibrant, home-style Caribbean flavours I grew up with. From the first menu planning meeting to the last plate served, I poured my heart and family into every dish-blending tropical spices, traditional recipes, and fresh local ingredients. My family and I came together to create a truly unforgettable dining experience.

The response was overwhelming. What touched me most was how food brought everyone together-laughter, stories, and joy filling the air as family and friends shared a meal made from love. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a one-time thing-it was the start of something special. With encouragement from family. Tropique Meals Corp was born-a company built on the belief that food has the power to connect people and celebrate individual cultures. What began as one family wedding became the foundation for a growing business.

Today, Tropique Meals Corp continues to thrive on that same passion and purpose-creating meals that tell a story, bring people together, and remind everyone that love truly is the secret ingredient.
